Please be careful to rent a room. Linen,toppers and pillows had a lot of stains, towels very tiny and old windows very dirty. The receptionists very nice and polite, helped us to change a room.

Not worth the price

This place is filthy. The bed sheets had stains on them and visible signs of bed bug residue. We looked under the sheets as we read other reviews of bed bugs and the evidence was there. We left the hotel after about ten mins in the room and booked a much cleaner hotel.

The Residential is located in a very nice neighborhood. There are two restaurants besides the hotel with very friendly people, which made a plus to our stay, The front desk lady was such an amazing young lady, ready to help us to solve any problems for which we are very grateful. And the cleaning staff was very polite. There are some negative aspects: the front door is extremely heavy and we did not have instructions to enter, we had to call the front desk from the street. After 10:00pm, the front desk is closed until 10:00am. The room did not have any amenities, only the beds, one towel per person, and liquid soap for the shower.

The most horrible place anyone can stay. Stained and damaged linen and pillows, electrical connections and dangerous outlets. Exposed electrical wires. The curtain of the bathroom window is much smaller than the window, anyone can see you from the street. They didn't even have proper towels. The ones they gave us smelled bad. The hallways lights don't work properly (sensor enabled).The person who seem to be the manager, should not work in a hotel to be honest. She has no skills to deal with customers and she looks like mad working there. We had to look for another hotel and leave that horrendous place.

Siamo arrivati il 18 aprile sino al .22 quindi 5 notti. All'arrivo ore 15 ci è stato detto di tornare dopo due ore in quanto la camera non era pronta. Alle 17 ci è stata assegnata, però non avendo pranzato e dopo il lungo viaggio siamo usciti senza controllare il letto rifatto. Ssiamo scesi al centro città e ci hanno telefonato perché dovevamo rientrare subito per pagare la tassa di soggiorno che si erano dimenticati, gli ho chiesto se potevamo farlo domani, ma niente, quindi taxi 8 euro, e ripartenza a piedi per poter mangiare. Rientro in camera verso le 23 con reception chiusa. Al momento di andare a letto scopriamo che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate, con una evidente chiazza di sporco di cui ho una foto ma che mi vergogno anche a pubblicare. Quindi abbiamo dormito vestiti sopra il letto con una coperta. Mattino seguente non si riusciva a capire se la receptio avrebbe aperto, in quanto il numero telefonico non è abilitato a ricevere chiamate (!) dopo le 10 finalmente si è visto qualcuno e ci hanno assicurato che avrebbero cambiato il letto, cosa che è avvenuta. Abbiamo anche preso in considerazione la possibilità di cambiare struttura, ma il sabato di Pasqua sarebbe stato impossibile. Altra nota dolente gli asciugamani, solo due per due persone e per cinque notti, e per cinque giorni la stanza non è mai stata rifatta. Sicuramente struttura non all'altezza per i minimi nostri standard.

A ver... si relacionamos precio-calidad... Y... mas o menos se puede rescatar... Pero el tema, es que uno paga, no es gratis... Por lo que daré algunas experiencias, yo solicite una habitación triple (una cama Matrimonial una cama simple) y me dieron tres camas separadas, al que me dijeron que al no haber otra habitación disponible, que junte las camas para hacerla parecer una matrimonial, o sea... Por otro lado, en la página figura sobre un parking a €7 el día y resulta que "esta en obra", lo que nos modifico en nuestras excursiones. La limpieza es cada tres días. Al ser un edificio viejo, pensé que las paredes serian un tanto gruesa... pero no, se escucha TODO los ruido de la habitaciones continuas. Por la mañana en la recepción hay personal a partir de las 10 de la mañana...

Ich habe selten so eine abgeranzte Bude gesehen. Die Badezimmertür ließ sich nichtmal schließen. Es war nachts sehr kalt, es gab nur dünne Decken. Die Aircondition/Heizung war defekt. Die Damen an der Rezeption sprachen kein Englisch, schlechte Kommunikation über Translator Programme.

l'albergo è tenuto un pò così... ma la zona è molto comoda e poi fra bar e ristoranti per colazioni, pranzi o cene è pieno. Dentro potrebbero fare qualcosina in più. Il bagno comunque era spazioso e pulito.... più spazioso, in proporzione, della camera. Tanta luce dalle belle finestre del palazzo. Nel complesso ci si può stare anche perchè è ottimo il rapporto qualità / prezzo.

Diese Pension können wir nicht empfehlen. Die Zimmer waren schmutzig und wurden nur gereinigt als wir darum baten und drängten. Ebenso der Handtuchwechsel erfolgte nur auf drängen. Nachts war das Zimmer eiskalt da keine Heizung vorhanden. Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und war nicht frisch. Der Aufzug war mehrmals defekt so auch am letzten Tag und wir mussten uns mit unseren Koffern ein enges und und schlecht beleuchtetes Treppenhaus hinunter quälen. Auch konnte man nicht gut schlafen da es nachts im Haus und der Aussen Umgebung sehr laut war. Den einzigen Stern gibt es für die Bushaltestelle die direkt vor dem Haus ist, von wo man in die schöne weihnachtliche geschmückte Stadt flüchten konnte.

Havia lido relatos terriveis. O Hotel tem vários problemas mas cobra um preço barato. Está bem localizado. As funcionarias da limpeza eram muito simpaticas assim como algumas da recepção. Achei que o hotel compensa pelo valor que paguei, pelo razoável conforto e localização.

Die Tür war etwas schwerfällig zu öffnen aber es ging. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber, der Empfang sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Gebäude ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fenster gingen nicht zu schließen. Für den Preis und die kurze Aufenthaltsdauer (2 Nächte) aber absolut in Ordnung. Tolle frühstucksmöglichkeit / Restaurant direkt unten!

Eine ruhige Unterkunft. Wir waren dort eine ganze Woche und sind zufrieden gewesen. Allerdings ist das Internet extrem langsam, im TV gibt es nur portugiesische Sender. Und man muss daran denken, dass es ein Hostel und kein Hotel ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe sind eher rar. Unten (Erdgeschoss) befindet sich eine Konditorei (guter Kaffee) und ein kleines Restaurant. Zum City-Centrum fährt der Bus 760 (Haltestelle direkt vor dem Objekt) und 712 (um die Ecke). Fazit: buchen.

Roupa de cama suja, parecia que não foi lavada, pois havia cabelos de outras pessoas, foi impossível fazer contato com a propriedade para check in, não atendem as ligações, só conseguimos entrar devido a uma ajuda do funcionário de uma padaria que fica ao lado,funcionária pessima e mal educada, estava faltando uma toalha e não nos entregaram, mesmo pedindo, pouco papel higiênico, pessimo atendimento, PARA PIORAR PRECISA MELHORAR MUITO!

いずれの地下鉄駅からも歩いて数分です。Baixia-Chiadoなどのアクセスに便利なAnjosからはひたすら急勾配を登るので、駅から平坦な道のPicoasの利用をオススメします。 ホテルはチェックインが夕方４時半からなので、何日か前に荷物を預ける時間を事前に伝えておくべきです。この事に当日気づいたのでチェックインまで待たなくてはいけませんでした。部屋は広く、最低限の設備が整っている感じです。下水の臭いがきつかったのと、便座の蓋が壊れかけていたのが気になりました。観光の中心地からは少し離れているので静かな住宅地で、スーパーや飲食店も近くにあるので便利ですが、観光地までのアクセスは地下鉄よりもバス移動の方が楽だと思います。
