「Eine ruhige Unterkunft. Wir waren dort eine ganze Woche und sind zufrieden gewesen. Allerdings ist das Internet extrem langsam, im TV gibt es nur portugiesische Sender. Und man muss daran denken, dass es ein Hostel und kein Hotel ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe sind eher rar. Unten (Erdgeschoss) befindet sich eine Konditorei (guter Kaffee) und ein kleines Restaurant. Zum City-Centrum fährt der Bus 760 (Haltestelle direkt vor dem Objekt) und 712 (um die Ecke). Fazit: buchen.」

「La struttura si trova al primo piano di un palazzo con l’ingresso non troppo accogliente,ma una volta varcata la porta dell’hotel tutto cambia,pulizia,spazio della camera,confort e gentilezza della receptionist ci hanno fatto stare benissimo 」

「Our experience at Santa Luiza was excellent. Accommodations were very nice and location fantastic in the Alfama area of Lisbon. The best part was the great service from the staff including Maria who helped us on several occasions including booking out transfer to Oriente station for our train trip. There were some negative reviews we saw before booking but those ignored the fact that you are in a historic building, the rooms are smaller and you are there for the experience.」

「I am so happy I found this gem of a property, in a fantastic location in my price range. It was easy to find from the metro, a 5 min level walk from Marquês de Pombal station, close to multiple bus stops and less than 15 min by taxi, to the airport when I left. The hop on/off buses also start from 5 mins away. There are many supermarkets, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions close by, a 20 min pleasant walk down to Rossio station. The area is clean and safe, the property also is safe and...

「Hotel convenable pour un court séjour. Points forts : prix, emplacement, lit parapluie pour bébé (sur demande), bouilloire dans la chambre, télé (chaines portugaises), ventilateur Points faibles : pas d’ascenseur, chambre petite, très mauvaise isolation on entend tous les bruits de la rue et des voisins de chambres (ce ne sont pas des vraies chambres mais des cloisons séparées qui étaient une seule et même pièce avant) donc très peu dormi」

「We booked the Lisbon Style Guesthouse but was upgraded to the hotel. It was a pleasant surprise until we noticed the toilet has smell of urine constantly. Sometimes the smell was so strong that I could still smell it when the toilet door was closed. I realised may be the sewage pipe was damaged and leaking. What a shame! Other than that, I'm satisfied for what I paid for... hopefully it's just for room 503 only.」

Faites attention à votre tête, on s’est cogner à quelques reprises du au plafond incliné du à l’architecture de la bâtisse. Pour le reste super. Logement S. Vicente. Merci」
