「What Could Have Been - The cozy duplex looked fantastic in the photos, sized just right for our family and had so much potential to be an amazing Christmas in Guangzhou, but alas.. the upkeep (or lack thereof) of items inside and missed attention to hygiene turned off my family so much we had to seek to cancel rest of our stay shortly after arrival. Even after we went through the property staff who denied any refund for rest of our stay sadly we still had to go. I did appreciate the early...

「really spacious room . Very upscale , clean . The neighborhood also very nice with lots of options of restaurants .」

「Beautiful hotel with warm, professional staff and speedy check-in. Well-equipped facilities, spacious quiet rooms, and no odd smells.」

「The staff are very friendly and helpful . Nice restaurant that offers western and Chinese dinner. We had the western dinner and food and service was excellent. Breakfast selection was excellent.」

「The room is very comfortable. The bedding was superb. The staff very nice and helpful. It is located in a shopping center which is very convenient for eating. Many options of restaurants. The only complaint was the internet, a little slow. And if you are a light sleeper you will need some earplugs. Other than that, I absolutely recommend this hotel.」

「Satisfied with my stay. Room was tidy, front desk staff were kind, and check-in took no time. Recommended!」

「직원분들 모두가 친절하고 숙소가 깔끔해서 좋았습니다.」

「They were eager to change a new room when we didn’t get satisfied for the first one. Overall, the room was clean and nice, and I love the bath too.」

「Great stay here. Excellent hotel and lovely staff」

「Good」

「The hotel service is very friendly. It is located in the center of Tianhe District, and the transportation is very convenient. Downstairs is the subway entrance. The overall environment of the hotel is clean and comfortable. The public areas are neat and elegant. The room layout is simple and generous. The hygiene is in place. The bedding is soft and the sleeps very soundly. Focus on the breakfast. The variety of dishes is very rich, both Chinese and Western styles. Hot dishes, noodles,...

「Generally, the hotel is good and quite nice. Stayed here for a few days. The main challenge was locating the hotel itself. As someone coming from the west, I am used to hotels being a standalone building. This hotel occupies many floors in a high-rise building and as such I struggled to locate it on the first night plus the language barrier. But the staff was quite helpful and tried to make it us feel better .」
