"I would advise this hotel to everyone who's visiting Montreal. 1. it's near everything, uber takes 10mins to everything food, shopping. you're not central so it's not insane busy but you're about 18 mins ride from center. 2. Staff mega mega helpful, pleasant, most of all speak English without the stereotype you hear about going to Quebec. Breakfast can improve a bit, but only because I'm not a fan of ham in the morning as cold cut, everything else was perfect, coffee, juice, kids friendly, and variety. 3. Lunch dinning was fantastic also if you didn't feel like going outside of the hotel for a day everything you need full kitchen ready to make your day. Bar was perfect also, not to mention the hotel has a indoor self serve convenient store, super super handy. 4. Arcade for entertainment, Pool to enjoy family time with friends, and meet new people, not crowded, lovely renovations. 5. Only detail I will advise of, staying on the second floor is awesome if you don't want to be near the pool, staying on the main floor is sweet for easy access to the pool. rooms from 1024 and above are fantastic if you want to be away from the pool area. 6. The gym is not a full gym but fully functional for a quick workout to keep you active with your home routine, again not a full gym but enough to keep you on track. 7. Definitely recommending it to friends and family, most of all when I return I will stay here again."

"Check-in, front desk service, and the complimentary breakfast were all excellent. However, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was a significant amount of hair from a previous guest left on the bathroom walls, and from that moment on, it made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. That said, the staff were very friendly, and the hotel’s location was convenient."

"The facility in general was well kept and clean however there was only 2 bath towels when our reservation was for 4 people. We also had asked if the room could be refreshed since we were book for 5 days and only the 1 day was it done because we had asked the front desk, therefore the garage got accumulated and the washroom sink and shower had to be used for the remaining of time unclean and with 2 teenagers is kind of hard to maintain even spending most of the day out. "

"The hotel was very nice. Our check in and check out host (Karla) was amazing, super nice person!! Valet parking was nice, didn’t have to worry about finding a space myself. The car was a bit dusty when I got it back though. The room was nicer than the pictures and beds were comfortable. Pool was clean and temperature was warm. We know where we are staying next time we are in Montreal ! "

"The room itself was nice and beds were comfortable, there were no tv channels in english nor could we connect the tv to our phones as per the description on the tv itself. Don’t look too closely and you wont see the areas that have had better days, especially the elevators. The parking lot out back is poorly lit and was very dirty with trash everywhere. The pool was cloudy to the point you couldn’t see through the water at all, the waterside was the attraction that determined where we stayed."

"The pool makes this worth the stay alone. You ever swim in a heated pool that goes in to the hotel while theirs a snowstorm. It’s pretty cool "

"Great stay! Room and hotel were very clean and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Pool is nice for kids and breakfast was good. Was nice to park and the access the metro and not need to go outside in the cold. IGA across the hall from the lobby was also very convenient to grab snacks for the kids when being out and about all day. Would definitely stay here again."
