"We arrived at 3:30 am and had to wait 30 minutes for their reservation system to turn over and be available. Then the door key did not work. I was told there would be no charge for the room because of the problems but have not check to see if that was done or not."

"The entire property was freezing cold, from the front desk to the rooms. When we turned on the heat in our rooms, it smelled like burning plastic. There was chaotic construction all around the property and it was a mess. Multiple room doors were left wide open and I questioned our safety. only half the staff is friendly. "

"We would definitely come back to this hotel. Staff very accommodating/friendly. Perfect location to see harbor and sites."

"We were charged for bedding even though we were assisted we wouldn’t be. Breakfast was just ok. Paint peeling off in the bathrooms and tubs. Bed headboard fell off the wall. "

"Great location for entertainment hotel was very busy this weekend. Customer Service/Room service was not the Best at all . Room was was not refreshed the entire stay reception bar Friday night was not friendly at all."
