「The hotel is pretty new. From room to amenities in the resort, everything is great! For parents with kids, they charge extra for kid stay ( my son only 3 years old) which I don’t see it often at other resorts. And you’ll be charged with service fee besides tax and room price at the beginning ( I didn’t realize it until I went to Hyatt afterwards while comparing the invoices in Expedia app). Overall, the experience was amazing but a little bit pricey given it’s not an all inclusive service. 」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
