"Rooms are extremely outdated/stained/gross, fixtures are falling off the walls, the elevator sounds like it is going to fall off the cables, the breakfast bar area was filthy, the patio was dirty and run down, customer service was completely incompetent, and lied to our faces about fixing a billing error - which we are still fighting to get refunded. The line of guests at the front desk every morning also complaining speaks for itself. I don't know what happened over the last year, but this place has gone way downhill. For the price they charge, unacceptable. If this were an $80 motel, I'd wouldn't complain (thought that probably would still have been better than this), but at $250+ a night, this is a rip off."

"I couldn't get the blind to work and an outside light was out our window. So it was like daytime the whole night and I couldn't sleep. Kids were already sleeping so I couldn't request staff to come in to try to fix because it would wake them. "

"During my two‑night, three‑day stay, the elevator next to the second floor was out of service the entire time. Because I had a lot of luggage, I had to use the elevator on the opposite side and frequently rely on the emergency stairs, which was inconvenient. Fortunately, my room was not on a higher floor, so it was manageable."

"The staff was really kind, and you can tell that the hotel has been upgraded. But there is a weird smell in our room and it just didn’t feel as clean as other spark hotels."

"We stsy at this Tru at least teixe a year. Some of the amenities were not given the usual care. Additional attention needs to be given to maintaining the pool, especially when in heavy use times and to keeping hallways vacuumed & litter free. Also, breakfast buffet was not refilled in a timely manner. "
