Due to a breakdown on our way to Christmas with our kids (who are scattered between three states), our plans were foiled and we had to stay in Springfield. 「We had a change of plans for Christmas and ended up having to book a hotel room. The staff at the Bradford was incredibly nice and welcoming. They UPGRADED us to a HUGE room, giving us a whole kitchen and lots of extra space. The room was very clean and updated. During our stay, the toilet in our bathroom was clogging and acting weird, so we went up to the front desk to get a plunger. The lovely lady at the front was so quick to help us. She apologized for the inconvenience, offered to switch...

I am really satisfied, checking in and checking out was so fast and easy for me even though I am disabled. They were very nice anything that I needed they had immediately.」
