New Victorian Suites
Very run down. Awful smell. The pool is closed for maintenance. There are exposed wires and such in the hallway. The only reason I can imagine this place having such a high rating is the lady at the front desk. She was extremely nice.

The gym needs a fan badly as there is no air circulation! The hotel was unique and fun as we have come to expect from Graduate hotels!
