"Our room was clean but they only provide three pillows per bed and the pillows are small and soft. We all slept terrible. The ceiling in our room is showing signs of wear and needs an overall refresh. The continental breakfast is a nice amenity but they are short-staffed and often ran out of product. Coffee, orange juice, hash browns, and pancakes all empty with people standing around waiting for replacements. All tables were dirty with no staff able to clean them. They didn’t look prepared for the crowd. The elevator sounds like it needs support and may be in need of repair. In addition to needing a second elevator due to capacity and volume of guests."
