「I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. 「Would have rated 4.5 if possible. This is a lovely hotel and certainly deserves its 5-star rating. Facilities were vast and of a high quality. We were a family of 6 staying all-inclusive. It included all meals and unlimited drinks and ice cream (other snacks were limited). Food quality was ok not amazing. Standard buffets were substantial in range if not quality.
