Lovely hotel with great facilities. Nice pool and spa. Breakfast and good quality was high. Loved the beach so close. The let down is that staff lack any warmth and welcoming hospitality. For the price you pay you would expect fantastic service.

I had a good stay at the Royal Apollonia. The location is excellent, right on the seafront, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff were generally polite and helpful, and the facilities, especially the pool area, were enjoyable. However, the pool beds could do with upgrading their comfort as they were rather worn and sagging which was not conducive for those of us who needed more stability for our backs.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. We loved everything about it and will be back. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, it had fantastic restaurants and pool area, the staff was so helpful and friendly. It had everything we needed and more .

I recently stayed at the Royal Apollonia following surgery at the GMI. Paulina (the Operations Manager) was fantastic in ensuring the room allocated to me was appropriate for my needs and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort at the hotel throughout my stay. In fact, all of the staff were wonderful in ensuring that I was well taken care of, in a friendly and very hospitable manner. Paulina really takes the time to get to know her guests and look after them hence the high number of very loyal repeat customers that I met at the hotel. Bus stop right at the hotel entry made commuting into town very easy & affordable.Beautiful seafront views from the superior Seaview room were wonderful to enjoy every day too. I look forward to returning again soon to Paulina and her wonderful team at the Royal Apollonia. I can’t thank them enough for the kindness they extended to me as a solo traveller during my recent st

An excellent hotel with comprehensive amenities

We had a really lovely time at the hotel. The pool sunbeds were very comfortable and plentiful. Rooms had all amenities we required. Breakfast was delicious, with an enormous choice. The gym was very well-equipped. Overall, a really excellent hotel, with staff being solicitous for our comfort.

We stayed at Royal Apollonia for 7 nights during our short vacation in Cyprus. My husband and I were impressed by the outstanding service! Morning breakfast was excellent as well. Good location with excellent customer service but the breakfast was just brilliant. We used the gym, pool and sauna as well as have a massage on our 2nd day . All in all we had a great time and will be back .
