The hotel is modern, tranquil and clean. Staff were extremely respectful, helpful and friendly. The only slight downside is the location of the hotel not being conveniently close to the marina and sea front to walk to and from to, but the hotel itself certainly made up for that.

It is a very nice property centrally located for what I need when staying in Limassol. The food at the restaurants is very good, the staff are fantastic & friendly. Nikitas in the restaurant has never steered me wrong when he suggests the wine that pairs best with my main course. I will certainly be back in the summer.

The hotel is really relaxing. We are a near retirement couple and stayed in first week of Oct ‘24 when Cyprus weather is dry and not too warm. The staff was incredibly nice, and not falsely so. The Polo Bar restaurant served superb food under consultation of a Michelin Chef. There were several mornings that I had to complete work remotely and the lounge area served that purpose perfectly. The pool area, shape and location on premises is beautiful and practical. Breakfast - awesome. Don’t need to say more. Can’t wait to stay again.

We spent a week at Alasia, and had the most wonderful time from arriving to leaving. We were sad to leave. The breakfasts are amazing with lots of choice, we also enjoyed several lunch and dinners during our stay, wish we had more time/money to try more of the dishes! Staff are friendly and attentive. Hotel facilities are fantastic, spotlessly clean and of high quality. We loved spending days by the lovely pool. There is nothing negative I can say about the hotel and should we return to the area we would definitely rebook. Thank you for making our stay so amazing and memorable, I wish we were still there!

A delightful stay! The room was impeccably clean, quiet, and very charming. The lobby has the most elegant and welcoming design and atmosphere.Breakfast was great, offering a fantastic array of options.The spa was truly the highlight. The perfect sanctuary of relaxation, with the facilities and treatments they offer.I had the best massage.I have to say that was the staff who truly elevated my experience. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and dedication were unparalleled. Truly everything was exceptional!Alasia exceeded my expectations. It's the perfect choice for a memorable stay in Limassol.

This is our second time staying at The Alasia hotel and spa in which promotes itself as being tranquil and a hideaway from the city. We liked it so much last year that we decided to return again this year.Since our arrival last Friday it has been anything but relaxing and tranquil,on our first day here they were dragging and scrapping furniture and plant pots about all day as well as nosily stocking up the outside bar in preparation for a birthday party on Sunday .We complained to the manager who offered us a free meal for two on the house.The hotel should have informed the guests of the event before they excepted bookings. It was Sunday & we were trying to relax around the pool,technicians were setting up a massive Sound system from about 10am this morning making all the hotel guests around the pool feel like an inconvenience.What makes this even more distasteful than anything else is that all the non attending party guests had been compromised for a Russian man's 50th birthday party! At the help yourself breakfast buffet, the waiting staff were waiting on the Russians hand and foot whilst everyone else had to get their own Coffee , toast etc. Breakfast is between 7.30 am and 10.30 am but yet the Russians seemed to be able to have breakfast beyond this time, whenever they wanted and forever how long they wanted for.We shan't ever be returning again to be treated in such as despicable way. I have never experienced such terrible behaviour anywhere else in the world.

The staff are great! The best welcoming and service I have experienced in a hotel and everyone is very friendly. Very nice and modern interior design with a nice breakfast selection. The bar and restaurant area was spacious. The hotel is in a quiet residential area with a good-sized car park. It is about a 30 minute walk or 5 minute taxi to the marina area.
