"The hotel options in Delphi’s are limited so I didn’t expect a lot of amenities. The property was clean and easy to access from the local highways. Dining was fairly close, within a mile or two. The staff like many businesses today are nearly always multi tasking and performing other duties. That said the front desk rep was attentive once he knew I was there, and he did have a sign up indicating he would be right back so nothing unexpected. "I booked and paid to reserve a smoking room. Upon check in I was told that there were not any smoking rooms available. I opted to stay in a non-smoking room. I then was told that I had to pay a $20 cash deposit. I had no cash so had to find an ATM in the area that wouldn’t charge me $5, to use it. That don’t happen. So in short I don’t really save any money by booking online. The room was $10 cheaper but with the deposit, I ended up paying $17 more for it including the ATM fees. Once we got to the room the television didn’t work. We called the front desk and they sent a man to the room. He couldn’t figure it out. After the next shift arrived we called again. The man that came to the room, was upfront with us. Told us that this was the first time he had heard that the tv didn’t work. No communication throughout staff. Then we weren’t even able to switch rooms, bowler did they offer us any compensation for the broken TV. "
