The carpet was dirty, the couch was dirty & I had to ask for a sheet just to sit on the couch, the tissue roll was not changed, there was hair in the shower and on the toilet and one of the lights in the bedroom did not work

Have stayed here in the past years and had a great experience, however it is starting to look rundown and is need of the carpets cleaned or replaced, and bathrooms doors need painted. The room was clean but could use a good deep cleaning.

The lady in charge of the restaurant/bar was fabulous! She took care of us quickly and was very friendly. She even had us try some of her beer battered fries (grandma's old recipe) and they were awesome!

Front desk was unattended for several minutes when we arrived for check in. Hallway carpets need a good deep clean. Loose tiles in our bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good AC. Good internet.

Cleanliness is not a priority

It’s disappointing because the employees really were great, but cleanliness is non-negotiable when it comes to feeling comfortable in a hotel. I hope management takes this seriously, because the team deserves better than to have their excellent service overshadowed by poor housekeeping.

We rented a suite. It was clean, updated with quiet surroundings. What I didn't like was the fact that breakfast wasn't free like most hotels. We did not eat breakfast there but went down the street to LULU'S Diner and had a great meal there
