A wonderful (pink) jewel in the middle of Lille. A lovely room and a lovingly furnished hotel. Should we ever be in the area again, we will come back. It would have received 5 stars straight, were it not for the slight smell of sewage coming from the bathroom drain. Not bad but annoying. Probably not a problem in every room.

So friendly and helpful! We brought our luggage early for storage and at check in we arrived and it had been delivered to our room. So kind! The only thing missing was a mini fridge in the room. But totally recommend Roma Hotel!

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’hôtel, le lit est confortable, l’arrivée autonome est agréable, etc. Un seul point négatif, mais qui prend le dessus sur tout. Lors de mon séjour j’étais chambre 12 au première étage, soit la première chambre avant le salon. L’isolation des chambres est quasi nulle, le matin j’entendais les femmes de ménages rigoler et discuter. J’ai été réveillé aux alentours des 6h avec des bruits de couverts, des personnes qui courent dans le couloir, etc. Impossible de me rendormir car j’entendais comme si j’étais à l’extérieur. Très désagréable donc. En globalité l’hôtel est qualitatif mais ce problème d’isolation est horrible.

Excellent hotel! Perfect for families, couples or solo travellers. Location of the property is as good as it gets, right in the centre of Lille amongst all the main shops, restaurants and sightseeing places. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Lille for a short break.

Bon emplacement néanmoins propreté à revoir

Cela fait 3 fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. L’avis général est plutôt bon mais je suis fortement déçu de la propreté des chambres et sdb (poussières visibles sur la tête de lit, au niveau de la niche dans la salle d’eau, cheveux au sol). Je n’avais plus de gel douche des le 2ème jour et je pensais que la chambre allait être nettoyée et les produits d hygiène changées et remplies. Je n’ai pas été déçue pas le petit dej et la disponibilité des personnes de l’accueil. L’emplacement est idéal.

Nice stay in Lille

Rosa Hotel was a great central point for our 3-day stay in Lille. Travelling by train as a family of 4 we couldn’t have asked for more!

We enjoyed our stay here. Stayed with our 2 year old. Very clean hotel and staff friendly, approachable and helpful. Ideally located to visit main sites of Lille (we walked everywhere from hotel). Also only a ten minute walk from Eurostar terminal.

Hotel mois en moins bien

J ai demande dernier étage, cote cours et loin de l'ascenseur (demande faite un mois avant la date) et on m a placée au 1er cote rue car arrivée a 20h30 mais la chambre sentait tellement mauvais que je l ai refusée car l'odeur était infecte (tabac+Sh..t). Puis on m a propose la meme chambre mais en face de l ascenseur. Tout ce que je ne voulais pas. Dans la chambre papier sous le lit, papier sous le rideau, table de nuit avec taches de gras, coins sales, derriere les toilettes sales, vmc sales et coins douche et porte sale. Le lendemain on m a attribuer une chambre au dernier etage et cote cours mais plus petite et toujours VMC et coins sales dans la sdb et la douche. Le petit dej tres bien. Le service est moyen et les prix augmentent.
