We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable with good ac. While a small room, very small washroom, common in Japan, it was clean and functional. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, be aware it is more Japanese than western. Good with us, but others might have a different idea and be disappointed.

This hotel was good for the price! The rooms have everything you need and are clean. The room had a bit of a weird smell and our window opened into a neighbouring building, so it wasn’t the nicest having the window open! Plus the fan is super loud so I’d recommend leaving it on while you’re out of the room to help with the smell. The room is super dark (great to sleep but kind of gloomy in the daytime). Good option for a few nights!!

Room with no windows or natural light

The people working at the hotel were nice, the place is relatively clean, and it's very close to the train station but the room has poor ventilation, the bathroom is like an airplane bathroom, and although there was a window, it opens to the wall of the adjacent building. There was absolutely no natural light entering the room. Unfortunately no refunds, so we were stuck with the original week long reservation.

The location was convenient and overall the room was quite spacious for the Japanese hotel standard. However, the hotel room smells like urine thorough the stay, no matter how much aroma room spray was used. There were a few noticeable stains in the room carpet. The bathroom also smells a bit upon checking in and has some mould spots clearly seen around the sink. The exhaust fan in the room (sleeping area) was loud and could not be switched off. I could only sleep with earplugs every night. The staff quality could also be improved. One night, while waiting for the lift, a staff was throwing up in the restaurant and the sound was quite disturbing. Another day, another staff had strong body odour. Overall, while mindful that the hotel was a budget choice, the room and staff quality could be further improved to help guests enjoy their stay.
The overhead lamp cover was missing and could be dangerous (upon touching the hot light bulb directly).

朝日がもれて目が覚める

設計の問題だと思いますが、カーテンが窓枠ギリギリまでしかなく、早朝から日の光が入ります。この時期4時半には明るく、睡眠を邪魔されました。 カーテン丈を長くするか、状況説明の上、アイマスクをアメニティに加える事が必要だと思いました。 それ以外は部屋は狭いですが、比較的快適でした。

5000強で一泊できるし、サービスやスタッフさんの対応がとても丁寧。 コスパ最高。 ただ、所定時間内にもかかわらずフロントに人がいなかったのが惜しかった。 部屋にカードキーと携帯を忘れてしまったのでフロントに行ったが、スタッフルームの明かりはついているのにもかかわらず大きい声で読んでも返事なし。 友達（別の部屋）が携帯を持ってなかったらその日は部屋に戻れず野宿をするところだった。 でも結果的には融通も利かせてくれるので最高でした。
