飯店本身的確符合五星級的水準，櫃檯服務態度及房間舒適度等等都沒話說，1F的餐廳是最大敗筆，無論是食物或服務生的訓練程度都不夠好，唯有價錢是五星級的。飯店有送溫泉票券，一定要去試試，記得自帶泳衣及泳圈。

It was a really lovely hotel. A little pricey because it’s clearly a popular Wedding and family destination . I thought it was very pretty and staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I like to stay at hotels with club lounges for added attention and service but they were renovating that area. I was disappointed and that staff did everything to make it up to me.

休暇で泊まるホテル

出張で訪問しましたが、周辺に手頃なホテルがなく、少々高いことを承知でこのホテルにしました。午前2時のチェックインでしたが、フロントの方案内の方とも感じよく、エレベーターの場所まで案内してくれました。今度は休みの日にきて、温泉に入りたいと思います。

酒店的设施服务都是五星标准，因为是SPG会员所以wifi免费使用；酒店闹中取静，离热闹的码头刚好是可步行的距离，码头有多家餐厅和小吃店咖啡店，选择多且很方便；不愿意去热闹的地方就可以在酒店里，晚点的自助BBQ也是相当不错并且价格可以接受，还可以去泡个温泉（酒店免费送的）。。。总之总体感觉非常不错

Nice but overpriced.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous looking at it from the outside. It's a decent hotel inside but nothing extraordinary. Breakfast buffet is way overpriced at about $35. Walked through the dinner buffet but decided it wasn't going to be worth the $70 price. At $317 a night, it's only worth 3 stars. If the price was $200 or less, then 4 stars.

全家出游

和父母孩子一起入住的，晚上的夜景非常漂亮，只是酒店的服务稍有欠缺。一共定了2间房，一间有水果一间没有，打电话问了才送来，但是水果的个头和质量没有已经预备好的那间好。一打开房门窗帘就自动拉开了，仔细看来所有的调控开关都是智能的，非常有科技感，酒店的床特别大，景观也不错。走过两座桥就有很多饭店，还算比较方便的。如果网站有特价下次还想去，送了免费的温泉票哦~~小孩也有，只是能准备一套小朋友的拖鞋就好，还好我们自己带了。

Impressive Looking Structure

The unique ring shaped structure is indeed very impressive. But I am not sold by the interior. Big round bathtub can be a Wow factor when you enter the room. But can be an obstruction as you go to the bathroom or lavatory on your every day use. Meaning poor lay out. Room is equipped with many technically advanced amenities (like lights and curtains controlled by an iPod) but unfortunately, not user friendly at all. The high ended Roca wireless automatic toilet./bidet is not working. The hotel name has "Hot Spring" on it. We can not find any. Breakfast is poor in terms of food and service for such a high class hotel.

Mind blowing hotel

If yiu want to take the time to head inland from Shanghai and still stay in a top class hotel this is the one. The hotel is amazing and we'll worth the trip

spectacular facility

truly spectacular facility; the night time lighting is a real attraction. Very courteous staff. Managers do actually enforce the no-smoking policy (law) which other Chinese hotels and restaurants don't! Excellent breakfast. Dinner prices are high. Beautiful room.
