Great hotel and staff in a very central area the only issue i had was the evening restaurant and its lack of vegetarian options basically salad or omlette and chips but locally there are some very good alternatives

Very nice comfortable hotel

Lovely hotel, centrally located in Roubaix, very close to the metro station. Staff on reception were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable for our 1 night there. We didn't eat so can't comment on the breakfast, but I would recommend having the hotel breakfast if you stay there are there is no-where else decent, especially on a Sunday morning! Very convenient for the rugby at Lille as super easy to get into Lille centre.

Nice stay in Roubaix

We had a brief but great stay here. We arrived in the morning after taking an early Eurostar and were thrilled to be able to check in early for a nap! The hotel was quite nice and clean and comfortable and has a perfect location. It's located right off of a nice square in Roubaix, and it's close to the metro that takes you directly to and from the Lille city center. We didn't pay for the breakfast, but it looked nice. All in all would recommend as an option in the Lille area!

Not so good. Definitely not worth 4 star. One employee to manage all the hotel… Reception, the bar and the breakfast. So you can imagine the level of service. She was so kind and trying to do all what she can. The photos give you illusion that is a palace which is not the case at all

街はゴミがちらばり、お酒を飲んでいたり、音楽をそとでかけていたり、大声をだしていたりと、少し怖い雰囲気がありました。でも。駅でたところから、見える駅近なので、慣れると、こわくないです。 　そんな中ですが、ホテルに入ると、フロントには必ず人がいて、安心できました。部屋は天井が高く、窓も開き、歴史を大事にしながらも、改装されて使いやすく、メンテナンスされてます。働いてるひとたちは、みなさんテキパキとさわやかで、日本のおもてなしのホテルのようで、驚きます。ありがたいです。
