The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They honestly made our stay absolutely wonderful. Although the room was very clean and quiet, I did expect it to be more up-to-date for a 4 star rated hotel. Lastly, I was disappointed with paper cups and instant coffee packets for the room.

Très bien situé et personnel agréable. Cependant n’est pas à la hauteur des 4 étoiles. En effet, le troisième lit n’était pas du tout confortable, dans la salle de bain il y avait une odeur d’égout et manque de peignoirs et de chaussons ainsi que de service dans l’ensemble.

Had a great stay. It’s within walking distance of many of Lille’s attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a safe in the room and received complimentary drinks which I appreciated. I’d stay here again without a doubt!
