Recommend hotel

Very nice hotel, unique old building converted into accommodation. The owners were very welcoming. We asked for a meal in advance and they had one prepared for our arrival and the fire lit in the lounge

We did not see the owner at all during the stay. The whole property is full of dust and hasn't been cleaned for a while. There is no breakfast option during weekends (even if paying extra), the kitchen common area is not maintained (trash full of garbage not emptied, milk expired for 2 months in the fridge). It's like if the owner does not care much about the guests. It really felt dirty, unmaintained, and unmanaged. Other clients left after 1 night out of 3 without bothering claiming for refund as they were fed up. It is surprising looking at the past reviews - maybe this is a recent problem.

Pour la nature oui mais pour le reste..

Je suis allé dans cette chambre d'hôtes à l'occasion d'un salon et j'ai été extrêmement déçu. Les avis étant élogieux sauf quelques-uns j'y suis allé sereinement. C'est une maison très ancienne en pleine nature dans une zone résidentielle de Croix jusque là tout va bien. Aucun accueil à mon arrivé. J'arrive dans une vieille maison il y a un couloir très sombre avec une lumière verte, je monte dans ma chambre, il y a des tableaux de squelette et d'une femme nue dans une ambiance très sombre et pas très agréable (ambiance film d'horreur). Les toilettes sont littéralement dans un minuscule placard. Ce n'est pas une vraie chambre. Mes collègues doivent se partager les toilettes dans l'autre partie de la maison.. La chambre était sale beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles et chose très agréable pas d'eau chaude donc douche froide le soir ! J'ai dû faire couler l'eau pendant 10 minutes pour enfin avoir de l'eau chaude le matin..(très économique !).L'espace spa est en supplément pas compris dans le prix de la chambre donc je ne l'ai pas vu. Petit déjeuner maison avec du pain et des gaufres maison, un oeuf et un chocolat chaud pour 17 € ! Je ne comprends vraiment pas les avis élogieux. L'ambiance de cette maison n'est pas très agréable, elle est déjà dans le thème haloween toute l'année. Certains collègues n'ont pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit. J'ai croisé le propriétaire sympathique toujours pied nu. C'est hors de prix pour ce que c'est. Une chose est sûre je n'y retournerai jamais !

Chouchoutez-vous en allant au Pigeonnier !

Super parenthèse entre mes 2 journées de travail à Lille. L’impression d’être un peu comme à la maison. Un accueil généreux et « aux petits soins » de Florence et Stéphane , un repas et petit déjeuner gourmands faits maison, une nuit dans le cocon d’une chambre douillette, le tout dans un petit manoir bourré de charme.
