Fantastisk!

Dette er et av de deiligst hotel rommet jeg noen gang har bodd på, og jeg har bodd på en del forskjellige hotel. Servisen er upåklagelig, renhold og standard er fantastisk. Men det fineste er kanskje estetikken, størrelsen man får på dette stedet.

Très bon séjour. La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable. Je noterais en point d amélioration : - plus de point lumineux dans la chambre. Il n y avait que 2 petites lampes pour toute la chambre - vigilance car pas d ascenseur (monter 3 étages de 3m de haut avec une grosse valise) - produit bio pour le petit déjeuner. Au prix de 18€ par personne, je m attends a avoir par exemple des oeufs bio au lieu d oeufs en batterie

Très bel hôtel dans une maison de ville

L'Esplanade est une belle maison de ville rénovée et transformée en hôtel, dans un quartier agréable et calme, face à un parc et à 15 minutes à pied de la grand-place. Des œuvres d'art contemporain décorent les parties communes. Elles ne sont certainement pas du goût de tout le monde, mais certainement sont très amusantes (parfois involontairement). Les échanges se font beaucoup par SMS mais il y a du personnel à certains moments de la journée, et notamment le matin pour le ménage, servir le petit déjeuner et gérer le check out. La chambre Duplex est située au dernier étage. Elle est spectaculaire, avec une mezzanine et deux salles de bain. Bien équipée, elle très confortable et il y règne un calme absolu malgré la proximité d'une fête foraine. La climatisation est efficace et silencieuse, ce qui est bien agréable en période caniculaire. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon, en particulier les confitures artisanales. L'absence d'ascenseur est le seul inconvénient, surtout si on a une valise lourde.

Étonnant mais efficace, on a vu personne. Tout a été organisé à l’avance avec les codes d’accès. Nous sommes partis tôt le lendemain sans pouvoir prendre de petit dej, car il ne commence que à 8:30.

Très satisfaite, nous y avons passé 2 nuits, un code nous est envoyé le matin du jour d'arrivée pour la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble et la chambre car il n'y a pas toujours quelqu'un à la réception mais ce système est très pratique, les couloirs sont joliment aménagés, la chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses Depuis le Covid, les petits déjeuners sont servis en chambre, ils sont copieux

Classy bed & Breakfast

Very easy check-in and check-out and lovely people, Denis was very welcoming and tried his best to answer my requests the kindest way possible. The building is nice inside, classy decoration and zen atmosphere (great perfume, music). I liked the fresh-squeezed orange juice every morning! The quality of the pastries and bread could be better (looked like it was bought from the supermarket, not fresh from a good bakery). My room was spacious and quite bright. Really appreciated the cute gestures (some candies, coffee, and water + beauty products changed every day) Good location too! if you like running, it's perfect as a beautiful park/canal is just in front. And you can walk to the old town in a few minutes.

Very well situated, very friendly informative staff, excellent buffet breakfast. Our room was gorgeous, large and lovely and warm, fully stocked mini bar, coffee making facilities we didn't want to leave! Fantastic artwork everywhere!

Stayed her for 1 night on a business trip. I was surprised to see that this was not a hotel but a B&B - this was not clear when I made by booking. I did not have a good night, for two reasons: first, I was very cold as the duvet was so thin, and secondly the room was noisy - not only the noise from the adjacent road but the noise from the people staying on the room above mine. The wooden flooring looks beautiful but is very noisy!! All in all, it was looks over comfort. I will not be staying here again. On the positive side, I found the breakfast very tasty (mainly sweet items but fine for me).

Super friendly staff. Beautiful room with modern design to a high standard. Excellent breakfasts. Only gripe is that functionality sacrificed for looks. Specifically, room needs a occasional table and somewhere to place suitcases. Also somewhere to place toilet bags in bathroom. Small points in an otherwise memorably pleasant stay.

Maison d’hôte en face de la Deule. Beaucoup de charme, vaste chambre (Vieux Lille). Lit un peu étroit (140?), quelques lacunes dans l’aménagement de la sdb, mais tbien dans l’ensemble. Bon petit déjeuner.
