Hôtel bien situé (aux portes du parc du Héron), visiblement rénové récemment, donc chambre très agréable, et surtout très calme (donnant sur de la verdure) ce que j'ai apprécié. Accueil chaleureux et efficace, petit-déjeuner varié et copieux.

A great place to stay for the Art Gallery which is right next door. Transport into central Lille was very near and frequent. The breakfast was super with lots of choices.

Comfortable.

Room was modern, newly refurbished. Not the most spacious. Bed was fantastic and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Could have done without the hammer drill at 08:30 in the next room when I had 'do not disturb' sign out on my day off.

Super équipe avec un grand sens du service

Séjour pour voir les JO parfait, le bus passe devant l'hôtel , petit déjeuner varié et bon. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables avec un très grand ecran. J'ai oublié mais lunette de soleil et le personnel les a récupérés et mis de côté. Le personnel a été très à l'écoute et aux petits soins.
