「Very nice staff, very clean room」

「Great restaurant and bar area. I love the seating area in the lobby. There is a great table where I always set up my laptop to get work done. Very convenient.」

「The room needs one more than one. I realizer maybe that there was only one bed, but the room was rented for two people. I know this is standard in many hotels, but surely they can spare a chair so that the other person doesn't have to sit on a desk chair or sit on the bed. 」

「Great room, my only complaint is the unsafe pool conditions. Children were pushing, jumping into the shallow end. Groups of kids would come down the slide and smash into one another. Felt like the pool was at capacity and then some. Water was all over the place which caused kids to slip and land on their back. 」

「IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.」

「Room was clean however very out dated. For the price, the rooms need to be upgraded .. more modern. The wall paper throughout the room and bathroom is very old. Breakfast options were ok and coffee machine was a big plus however the layout of the buffet items was a bit awkward. Tea bags in the lobby area were not in a package so that was a turn off for me. Definitely not hygienic. 」
