Staff was absolutely awesome! And honestly for the property it self, you are getting what you are paying for, was the cheapest option in the area, there for not a great sleep.
The check-in was straightforward and customer service was satisfactory. The room itself was clean but outdated and in need of repairs. The bathroom floor was cracked and seemed like it was sinking where the toilet was.
The motel is on the freeway so you could hear cars passing by. Luckily it's not a very busy road.
I liked that a room was available but I was confused about the check in. I paid our credit card bill when I booked the room and was then told that I was going to be charged the amount on check in. If that is standard, perhaps you should ensure that this is included on the booking page. The external appearance of the motel was very rundown, especially in the back. Sheets and towels were not changed during my stay. That being said, I would stay here again for a night or two because of the price and location.

One night stay
Outside of motel needs work especially the roof….no leaks though. Room was clean….shower was ok lots of hot water. Nice new mini fridge with freezer and microwave which I wasn’t expecting…so that was a bonus. Quiet area….easy checkin and drop box for key in early morning checkout. I would stay here again
I had to call for him to come for my check-in. The floor was sticky . No plug in for the tub. Heater did not work in the bathroom. He had to come get the tv to work, shut it off at night, but did not work in the morning.
The owner was nice, but needs better service .
Probably the cheapest stay in Fredericton area. Service is ok, staff is friendly. The room though.... There is mold in the tiles joints of the shower/bath. You actually wonder how some tiles still hold up, it's a little gross. We found a silverfish running on the bed after wehad put on the bed a bagpackthat was shortly left on the floor. After that we left nothing on the floor! The bed was clean and decent, there was a fridge and a microwave and that was convenient. The tv sensor was broken but we managed with the single button on the tv. There was no hdmi cable to link the cable with the tv at first but the employee came right away to bring one as well as the towells that were forgotten. The paint in all the room was fresh(it still smelled latex) and from the state of the washroom we wondered what it was hiding. Honestly if you are very thight on budget and you remain "careful", go for it but if you can pull a little more money I suggest you go elsewhere! (Room 102)
We did not see any evidence of bugs of any kind - like we had read in reviews. The young fellow at the reception area was friendly, welcoming and truly hard working and cares that all guests have a good experience with the hotel. It's old, dated, and furniture is a mish Mash - but you can see renovations and updates are underway. I would stay again.
You get what you pay for. So so dirty... the fella at the front desk was very nice. Room was gross, mould on bathroom ceiling walls filthy stained sheets and NO SMOKE ALARM... most of the tenants appear to be permanent... just saying.
