"We experienced a serious safety concern during our stay involving a bathroom outlet that sparked and caused damage to personal items. This was reported immediately, however no room change was offered and the concern was met with a dismissive response at the time. There was also no follow-up during the remainder of our stay. The pool area was another issue — the water appeared dirty and the floor surrounding it was extremely slippery. My granddaughter slipped while exiting the pool area and sustained a concussion. It was not until the following day, after contacting the corporate office, that any meaningful follow-up occurred. While the situation was eventually addressed and compensation was provided, the lack of immediate response and attention to safety concerns was disappointing."

"The price was reasonable for the location. There was no map or book, or restaurant flyers anywhere in the room, there was no tissue paper beside the bed and the one in the bathroom along with the toilet paper was terrible quality. The television in the room was very poor quality also. But the Staff was really nice. And the location was great as we were going to see a concert and it was just across the street and not far from the market."

"This hotel is severely dated. Toilets leaking, shower disgusting, carpets dirty, mattress stained, common area especially ceiling in pool area rusted, mold, black mold and dirt. Absolutely grossest place I have ever stayed. DO NOT EVER GO THERE"

"Idk about pets, i was waiting to the breakfast open at 7 and won't open. Then I left at 8 a.m and still closed, In the sign by the door say 7 a.m until 10 a.m the breakfast. If I paid I must to had my breakfast. Another thing i cannot sleep peaceful, i heard to much stuff around, children cry, teenage fight, adult scoring. I never will come back! "
