「Might be silly : but I’m 5 feet tall. I could barely get into the bed as it is so high. I had to jump. If you had a back injury or were otherwise injured you might not be able to get in the bed. ;-) That might be nice to advise folks about. Otherwise it was great. 😊」

「When I arrived at the hotel by cab I expected that a bellhop would appear to carry my luggage in. I did not see the button and sign that said to press to request help during overnight hours (it was 7 pm) I think you need to make the sign more prominent and have it state that one will need to press the button for help at any hour. I do recognize now that you are more of a motor hotel and most people arrive in their own vehicles but I think you need to realize that everyone does not arrive that...

「IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.」

「Booked a luxury suite. Staff was friendly, and professional. Breakfast was cheap "cheese wiz instead of cheese slices" for breakfast sandwich. I was traveling alone on business; wasn't allowed to use the pool or hot tub due to there rules. I had a vape; needed to go outside to use it. Water in shower, & sinks took awhile for hot water to come out. There systems in place made it a place I'll most likely never book a stay at again as the value wasn't there for the money spent. 「The room was dark and dismal. The small window faced a junky back alley. The light switches and areas around the door knobs were filthy. The towels were stained. The toilet, sink and bed seemed relatively clean. After I scrubbed the light switches and door knobs with my own sanitizing wipes it felt a little better, but we just slept and got out of there. We did not use the shower nor did we check out the free breakfast.」

「The motel is very outdated. The room smelled of heavy smoke. It was a non smoking room. Had to ask for towels both days I was there. No service in the room for the next day. The shower spay was awful with no adjustments. The room needs a complete over haul. It was a last minute booking, I will look elsewhere the next time.」
