「A very convenient place to stay, especially close to Brown University, making it easy to walk to campus. Parking, however, is not very convenient — you have to park in the public lot across the street, and the parking fees there are quite expensive.」

「Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

Some woman was getting it on with multiple Johns right above me, and I have the recording to prove it. You truly get exactly what you pay for and nothing more. 「Our room was great. Staff were helpful but only remote. Bathroom was poor. Several toilets clogged and some showers not working. Kitchen was not clean. Location was great although off site parking is an issue. Good cheap restaurants in area. Nighttime noisy with cars burning out. For a cheap night stay and dealing with hostel conditions this place is good for a short stay with money to enjoy Providence.」

「the room i stayed in (27) smelled VERY strongly of pee. the service was okay but the attendant was a bit rude at check in if you care. the temp in the room was set at 80 and couldn’t be changed, and i had to run an air conditioning unit at full blast to feel normal in the room, which felt pretty unsafe as it’s all on ground floor and someone definitely could have gotten in by taking out the unit from the outside. the furniture was well worn and i found hair and debris in the bedding. for what it...
