"Very pleased. Positives - availability of coffee, hot chocolate, etc. in the lobby, breakfast better than expected with oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, cereal, fruit.... The front desk staff was helpful when I had trouble accessing the internet immediately after check-in and getting local directions. Big TV with good viewing options. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked. I liked having a nightlight available in the bathroom. My only criticism was inadequate blackout curtains, making it difficult to block the bright lights from the parking lot."

"Felt uneasy walking to the room as other guests were sitting outside smoking on balcony watching everything. Room smelled of cigarettes with burns on the sheets. I’ve never had to ask for a non-smoking room before. No soap or Kleenex in room and the pillows were very small for the bed. Very uncomfortable the entire stay and couldn’t wait to leave. "
