Arrived to a TV that didn’t work. Had the manager come up to the room with a new remote - didn’t work. Come to find out the previous guest disconnected the HDMI port. Also the hotel phone was not plugged in. Really minor things but after 15th on the road it was frustrating/disappointing.

Property was well kept, room very clean and room layout worked great for us. We asked for ground level room since we brought our Yorkie -Poo. Request was honored immediately. We will definitely stay there next time we come to Lexington.
