The motel was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I didn't expect the bed to be as comfortable, but the mattress is super soft. The mattress was better than my mattress at home!
The staff were very nice and the room was clean. I also felt very safe there (I was staying alone.)
My only suggestion is to get better shower heads. The shower took twice as long because the shower head just didn't have much pressure and trying to rinse my hair was a challenge. I tried to turn the...

I stop in Jackson often on my way to see family in Texas. I always use this hotel as I can count on it to be quiet, clean and comfortable. After 8 times never a problem.

Lady at front desk was so patient and kind. Beautiful smile. I have Parkinson’s and forgot to do handicap she just smiled and said she would take care of it.
The handicap bathroom was perfect for showering only suggestion is moving soaps closer to chair so we don’t have to risk standing up and falling. I looked around might be trying but the middle is better and easy for both.
Ty tru for making our stop enjoyable.

Immediate visual appeal is very nice. The exterior of all buildings have been recently refinished with attractive new roofing. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. Even though it is just off the freeway, it was very quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

The Staff was absolutely Amazing. So nice, especially the tall older black man that ran the breakfast bar. Good breakfast bar too btw. Also, pool and hot tub were excellent!!! Rooms clean, soft bed, good shower pressure, door dash delivered.

Cute little bar and restaurant, staff super friendly. Room was super cute and well thought out. Very cozy and current decor.
It is close to a county hospital, so you may hear so sirens from time to time. The water pressure was a little intense in the shower, the shower heads would be better if adjustable for different water strength, but thats really just a me thing. So overall. 5.0. I highly recommend.

The staff was great and very conveniently located. Clean room and breakfast was adequate. Mrs. Mary was fantastic and she treated our girls like her own grandkids. From the White's, a big shout out to her for representing Jackson in style.

I don’t know if this hotel is new or just newly remodeled. It’s very nice. The single piece shade for the window eliminates that center window gap for light and lack of privacy. Everything was clean and fresh. Staff was nice. I liked the area to purchase drinks and snacks so I didn’t have to go out for them.
Hot breakfast was good except they only had sausage as the meat which gives me heartburn. They had a GF cereal.
My only complaint is these big bottles of toiletries instead of...

Jordan at the front desk has gone out of her way to help us several times. The staff at the bistro are also extremely helpful and friendly. All of the maintenance and housekeeping staff seem to be doing a great job. Very clean, prompt, polite, professional staff all the way around. This was my first visit at this location in Jackson. I chose the room because of a great deal offered through Travelocity. Sincerely, Corrie
