「The front desk lady was AWESOME she was so fun. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Lots of places around to eat. If you need a refrigerator in your room be sure to ask. I didn't and needed one. But it worked out. I highly recommend this hotel, good price as well. We will stay again」

Someone threw up near the pool and we were told by the front desk the janitor didn’t want to clean it up… the lady who’s kid threw up also offered to clean it up which they said no to as well. I asked about self serve laundry. They have it on the second floor, however I didn’t find that out until 2x running back and forth to the laundry mat off site. 「The rooms are not clean. We made a reservation for a non smoking room. Every door down the hallway had no smoking signs but we clearly smelled smoke down the entire hallway. We found a flea in one bed along with dirt. Another bed had sheets and a mattress topper that had been soiled by bodily fluids. The tub was also dirty.We went to the host and asked for a clean room. He went to check out our room and downplayed all of the things we pointed out that needed cleaning. He then offers to show us...

「You know those scenes in movies with a seedy motel room where the criminal hides out from the police. That was probably filmed here. There were barely patched holes in several of the walls. Kept wondering if I’d find roaches or a camera hiding out in one. Faucets were rickety and rusted. Bedding uncomfortable. Pillows covered in yellow, brown and orange stains. Also… what hot tub? You hear everything happening outside, so good luck sleeping. This part of town is a bit shady. The staff...
