「Very clean and quiet」

「The hospitality and availability of breakfast and coffee. The availability of service for washing clothes. The outdoor recreation area and the great location near restaurants and bars. The receptionist was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and provided excellent service.」

「The staff was amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast however the weekend staff for the breakfast was a little slack… no regular coffee, food run out before it could be replenished. The trash didn’t get emptied for a couple days in our room. The “Do Not Disturb “ sign had been taken down since Sunday. They finally came and emptied it on Monday. Otherwise was an enjoyable stay.」

「The room was not clean. Noticed there was a stain on the bedding and hair on the bed frame. The toilet flushed really really slow and would have to flush twice no matter what. When we went out we asked for house keeping to clean the room and when we got back all they did was replenish the towels and make the bed and left the OLD DIRTY sheets on the bed yes the one that had what looked like blood or makeup on it.」

「Great place to stay to lay your head. It's very outdated, but there's evidence the owners have attempted to spruce it up. It's overall clean and quiet. I traveled alone, and felt safe. The buttons were worn off in the room AC, but it was functional. The mini fridge could have been updated. Hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was very disappointing. I expected some kind of pastries or bagles. There were 2 sugary cereals, bread, mini muffins and waffles. There was no butter for the toast or...

「Got in around 9-10pm, everything felt damp. Cranked the a/c, but even the sheets felt damp. In the morning the power went out because i guess they were woking on something?… the desk guy seemed friendly but because the power was out there was no breakfast. Went to the waffle house right there, the power did return just before we were leaving. I should’ve asked for a refund but needed to get going… i hope that was just bad timing but we were there just for some sleep and that was not comfortable…」

「Property is under construction so amenities we closed- no pool, ice machine or breakfast. When I booked I realized the pool would probably be closed but the other 2 caught me by surprise. The towels were stained, the carpet was so dirty in our room that it was sticky and there was a dirty napkin in our bed. The only attendant I encountered was over video at a kiosk. While she was mostly pleasant, between the video audio quality and her accent it was very hard to understand her to get checked in. Then before giving me my room key I was pressured heavily to give a google review for her. I had to firmly tell her no multiple times...
