「We arrived to this hotel expecting what was advertised as a newly renovated room. After getting a key, we walked in to a not so renovated room that reeked of multiple types of smoke. My husband went back to the desk to ask for a different room but they only had upstairs rooms and he hoped we could air our room out as we'd been driving for hours. I went out to Target to buy a room deodorizing spray. Even with the door being open for nearly an hour, it smelled awful. Started pulling back curtains...

「Property was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly. Biggest issue was that the property was LOUD. If anyone in the room used the tub/shower it was very loud in the room. Neighboring room’s TV could easily be heard through the wall. All doors slammed shut (no soft closers). Was hard to get comfortable with so much noise all through the night. Breakfast was average. Surrounding area had good dining options.」
