「The room and hotel were v clean. Staff were friendly. Location good. Maintained well. Rooms roomy and bed comfortable. Only thing they need to sort is the breakfast coffee. Guests do like a decent breakfast cup of coffee or two.」

「A great inn in Edingbrugh. We stay for 3 nights with two rooms. The breakfast is wonderful and the bad is very comfortable. The room is equipped everything we need during our stay. Though no lift to the 2nd floor and 3rd, we still enjoy this small old building. However the street noise can be heard clearly that might put you sleepless whole night, especially over weekend. The location is wonderful, within easy reach of local amenities and a short taxi ride or pleasant walk into the city centre.
