「I have stayed here several times before and will NEVER return. Must have been a change/loss of management as the place is now in chaos. The entire property is woefully understaffed, check-in at the front desk was completely backed up and a miserable experience, no one was attending the lobby coffee bar, and the 12th floor Pantry (that you paid extra for) was out of food, the coffee machine didn't work and was filthy as it hadn't been cleaned or restocked in days. We did ask for an extra blanket for the pullout, but never received. In town for a wedding, not alot of options, this was probably the “nicest” hotel in area.」

「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」
