「Schönes Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal」

「Amazing property with amazing staff. Can't wait to come back.」

「Beautiful hotel, well maintained , but the SERVICE needs significant improvement. I specifically booked this hotel because I wanted a room with a mountain view. When I arrived, however, the only view from my room was a tree. I went to the front desk and explained that I had specifically booked a mountain view, but instead of addressing the issue, I was told “YES, YOU HAVE MOUNTAN BEHIND THE TREE”. I was also told that nothing could be done unless I paid extra to move to another room. I had to...

「Staff at reception and breakfast kind of grumpy. The receptionist with the accent is polite. The rooms are clean」

「Such a gorgeous view of land and mountains - and the trains quietly go by! Clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, great bathrooms, and what an outdoor patio! We were arriving late at night so I called the hotel and they made arrangements to leave our key card in an outdoor safe with a code - it was so helpful!

「Thank you.Like that!」

「This place was a great experience. I would stay here again.」

「View and location were great. Communication was frustrating as we couldn’t get mobility pass during our stay.」
