Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. As some have mentioned, the wellness area is underground, so it can feel a little tight. But it was well-maintained, and the pool area is very nice. We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast a lot.

This property was so quaint and charming but had superior amenities and the staff were incredible. The little touches of old Austria mixed with a modern flair were nicely done. It is a family run business and they made us feel a part of their family. Surrounded by the impressive views of the Alps, the property is also situated in the center of town next to an old Austrian church. They have other properties within walking distance or take a free gondola ride up the mountain for more incredible views and stop at Tom’s restaurant for good views and cold cocktails during the summer. All in all one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in.

Parking was a significant inconvenience and the hotel had many guests that smoked cigarettes on their balconies which I could smell in my room. Very unpleasant. It was also very noisy in general. All in all not a hotel for me and it was expensive.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und das meiste Personal sehr freundlich! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, aber leider hatten wir keinen Balkon. Das Abendessen war super lecker und auch das Frühstück. Leider wurde uns nicht gesagt, dass man auch Omelette etc bestellen kann, das hatten wir als wir gegangen sind nur zufällig mit bekommen. Ansonsten hatten wir einen entspannten Aufenthalt:)

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Personal

Wunderschön gemachtes Hotel, nettes Personal (nur kleine Kritik: Gläser etc. am Pool sollten besser weggeräumt werden und Teile des Servicepersonals an der Bar bedarf es an besserem lockererem Timing), das Personal beim Frühstück ist ein Goldstück. Der Spa Bereich ist sehr groß und hat einiges zu bieten.

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel, das leider direkt neben der Kirche liegt, die um 6 Uhr anfängt zu läuten. Der Blick vom Balkon war auf Friedhof und Baustelle, auf der ab 7 Uhr morgens gearbeitet wurde. Für Kirche und Baustelle kann das Hotel nichts, aber beim CheckIn wurde nichts erwähnt und auch das Feedback beim CheckOut wurde von der Chefin einfach ignoriert. Dazu kam, dass die Platzzuweisung beim Frühstück als Alleinreisende nicht so angenehm war. Sehr schade, da es ansonsten ein wirklich schönes Hotel ist. Dass im Wellnessbereich ab und an die Handtücher gefehlt und einige Teesorten leer waren, wäre ansonsten auch nicht weiter wichtig gewesen.

Das Zimmer ist zugleich Badezimmer - WC und Dusche winzig, klein Platz dort für Lavabo! Extrem hellhörig - vom Nachbarzimmer hört man jedes Gespräch. Grosse Bar am Eingang des Hotels - für Gäste aber vorallem für das ganze Dorf. Musiklärmpegel hoch - bis zum 2. Stock. Rezeptionsdamen nicht besonders freundlich. Gästekarte wird erst auf Verlangen ausgehändigt. Schwimmbad verdient nicht die Bezeichnung - ein schmaler Schlauch. Positiv: Lage des Hotels, Zimmer sauber.

Ett underbart ställe med mängder av aktiviteter. Mysig ute/inne pool. Maten och servicen sisådär men de var hjälpsamma i receptionen. Glömde att lägga handdukar på rummet efter städning samt hyrde ut en halvfungerande elcykel men rättade till det på ett bra sätt.
