The place itself is perfectly located near to the city center and everything such as sightseeing, shops restaurants are in walking distance. 「This is a bed and breakfast, but the owner does not live on site. The hotel is on the 5th floor of residential building with a gate - so you won't know you're there until the owner meets you (no signs etc). Google maps will tell you you're there. If you see a gated building and Google says you're there, it is probably correct. If you're coming from the airport or train, take the Alibus to Viale bus stop and you'll be about 2 minute walk from the hotel - If you're coming from train ask someone...

「The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was enjoyable and there was a view of the ocean from the balcony. Just outside the city center it’s very quiet but walkable! The staff is pleasant and can’t do enough for you. We had a very enjoyable stay.」
