Beautiful heritage hotel in an excellent location. The public parking was right next door and just a minute walk from the main city entrance. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and the room was lovely and quiet. The terrace for breakfast was delightful. We went to their restaurant next door for dinner and it was also excellent.

Very friendly staff with well appointed rooms and a great breakfast. My only issue was there was a bit of old mortar/ sand coming from the old stone wall in our room that would get tracked around the room on the floor.

Beautiful suites with plenty of space to spread out and relax. All of our needs were more than taken care of (though I could have used a full length mirror). Staff was very welcoming and accommodating! We arrived early and they graciously got us settled into our rooms so that we could relax before heading out. The hotel is a hidden gem, super convenient to the tourist area with plenty of restaurants and shopping, but calm and peaceful once you're inside. Would definitely stay here again!

We were warmly welcomed by Celso who did an amazing job everyday to make us feel right at home. We were provided with a beautiful suite that was clean and welcoming. The breakfast was just right with a good selection of goodies. The team provided gluten free options for my wife which was brilliant. The hot tub was the highlight and it was kept clean and maintained to a high standard. Celso and his team were incredible throughout our stay. We highly recommend staying at Bastio Private Suites.

The staff here are amazing!! The rooms are very large and quiet. The hotel is located extremely close to the historic area of Cantania with a lot of restaurants, shops, etc. I highly recommend this hotel-a true gem, especially when the staff is so remarkable!

Highly recommend Bastio Private Suites Hotel!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel is very central in the heart of Catania, walking distance to all the major sites. The rooms are impeccable - we loved the in-room tub/jacuzzi which provided amazing relaxation after a long day at Etna. The staff are wonderful and kind. Loved our stay!
