The property is new and shows promise, but unfortunately it lacks attention to several important details that significantly impacted our stay. We checked out around midnight and found the self check-in process to be functional, but not intuitive. The instructions provided were unclear and incorrect—we were assigned room 219 and told it was on the first floor, which it was not.
There was no signage to help locate the stairs to the second floor, and at night, the room numbers were difficult to read. With no staff contact available during those hours, it made for a frustrating and exhausting experience.
The room itself presented further challenges. The air conditioning unit was quite loud and installed so close to the bed that accessing the lamp light switch required physically climbing over the bed. The Apple TV device was loosely mounted, hanging from the television, and the main power switch for the room was unresponsive. While the bathroom appeared well-designed, there was a slight odor that detracted from the overall impression.
I mentioned the lack of signage to the clerk during checkout, but have yet to receive any follow-up. I hope the management takes these comments constructively, as it would be unfortunate to see a well-priced, previously enjoyable option fall short due to easily addressable issues.
At present, I do not plan to return, but I sincerely hope improvements are made, as the potential is certainly there.
