"The place was great. Clean studio apt with sleeping accommodations for four and even a small kitchen and dining table. Good location, about a three minute walk to public transportation station. I stayed at this property with my wife and our two teens. Customer service was great. High up with great views, just minutes from the train station and even though there's lots going on around you, it was quiet and felt very safe in the building. "We had been traveling for several days and needed to wash clothes. Asked front desk for a laundramat and they gave us the key to their private laundry, soap included. As 80+ year olds we appreciated not having to take a taxi in the wind and rain. Tom and Alex went out of their way to help in many ways. "
