Luckily, the staff patiently took this into consideration and resolved it promptly, so our heated room that we associate with coziness, making our stay ideal amidst the cold, merciless February. The breakfast selection of food and hot beverages is of good quality, with the restaurant's atmosphere feeling high-end. All of the waiting staff is attentive and, even though they work at a fast pace, they still seem serene and genuinely helpful. "Pictures were different than acrual rooms. Rooms were dirty, old, worn. Stains loose fuxtures and smells. Bathrooms stink and toilet leaked. Stay away! We switched hotels after one night."
