First room had a bad leak in bathroom bason and it smelt mildewed. Second room better but safe needed batteries and the remote for tv needed replacement. The basin also leaked and no hotwater . The swimming pool was closed for half my stay. The devking around the pool had holes in a plaves and the boards are loose and sticking up about an inch in many places.

The maintenance man was always hard fixing (only stop gap fix)leaks and door locks air conditioning not working and fridges broken. The pool at last was open and looking better but still has algae badly on steps and around all the edges. Still the cafe only takes cash even though you are staying at the hotel. Also you must verify if you have breakfast included with a photo of the booking. The linen in the room was not changed until I requested it after 14 days. The bath towel was new each day but stains on them and falling apart. The sheets had tears. Again I ask not to use my review which I wrote for Zest and just rename it as Palette as different standard altogether.
