"The place does not reflect the price.., over priced! There were 2 elevators, one was broken our entire visit which made it difficult going to our room. We had jack hammers, demolition, happening above us. The manager was very gracious in placing us in a different room. All in, I was disappointed for the price we paid."

"Food especially breakfast was really nice. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 was because I struggled to get the TV to work. The remote control for the most part never worked despite being changed 3 times and I was unable to stream Netflix or anything else on the TV. Other than that minor issue the hotel was wonderful. A great location, lots of local amenities. I would have no hesitation in staying there again, which is the best recommendation."

"The hotel itself was very nice. Rooms nice size for downtown Paris. Centrally located to Eiffel Tower and quant bakeries and cafes. Safe is helpful. But when they say the breakfast will open at 7 it means sometime after seven. But they will accommodate if you need something at 7. We also had an issue the day we stayed with the hot water. They didn’t get it repaired the morning we were checking out until we were leaving for the airport. But they were trying everything to get it fixed on a sunday morning before 7:30 am with a city with its roads shut down for a race."
