「Quand je suis arrivé à la réception il n’y avait personnes, seulement un numéro de téléphone pour assistance, j’appel et il me dise que l’hôtel est fermer depuis six mois alors que j’avais fais ma réservation deux mois au paravant avec Hotel.com. Vraiment non professionnel de la pars de Hotel.com je n’aurai pas du être capable de faire une réservation d’un établissement qui était fermé. J’attend mon remboursement et une compensation pour cette mauvaise expérience.」

「整體而言還不錯，10分應該有個8.5分。入住辦理手續十分快速，飯店屬於小而美的感覺，有簡易健身房、溫水游泳池，早餐也算豐盛，有鬆餅、麵包、熱食、水果及各式飲品。房間部分有些老舊，如能再將房間升級一些，會有更好的體驗的。」

Even though the weather wasn't ideal, we still had a fantastic time and made the most of our trip. It's a wonderful destination for a couples' getaway, and the hot tub was definitely one of our favorite parts of the experience! The staff was helpful and responsive too.」
