We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the decor was awesome. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is great, walking distance to cute coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. Overall, loved our stay!

One person at desk Friday nite. Bed had slump in middle. Restaurant staff when ask a question in evening was not friendly. Room was clean. Shuttle service good

Room had stains on couch and bedding. GROSS! Elevator broken. Cleaning staff was friendly, but also frustrated with broken with elevator. Breakfast okay... area not so clean. NOT MENTIONED ON WEBSITE ABOUT DAILY PARKING FEE.
