Hotel good but my colleagues were not let in for a discussion as it was after 21.30? Also a long wait at reception whilst other customers were discussing appropriate identification whilst trying to check in.

Arrived around 9.00pm having checked in online as requested; reception staff were not very welcoming and handed me a key card to access room. No information about breakfast - we had emailed to say we were arriving late and asked about food option. No reply. Key card didn’t

Hilton York
Hotel and room very clean. Very convenient to local attractions like The Shambles and York Minster. They are within walking distance as well as shopping. Very friendly staff. Valet parking available or car park across the street.
