Enjoyed our stay, excellent breakfast and location close to everywhere. Only issue was location near to building works surrounding the hotel, a slight issue with lights and fan/AC in room. Would recommend

The Milner York
Room was clean and nice but heating did not work properly and after one cold night we were given small electric radiators. Breakfast was very average. Communal areas in the hotel were very nice although pool was closed which we had not been told about. Location is excellent.

The Queens Hotel
The second visit in just over a year, and I would stay here again. Very friendly reception, typical Yorkshire. Excellent breakfast in the beautiful dining room. Comfortable room with all amenities.
