「On a positive note, the property was quiet and secure. Some of the fittings eg bathroom suite were high quality whilst others were not. The kitchen was missing a cupboard door, the doors were peeling, the tap leaked, and most importantly, the fridge did not shut so there was a huge block of ice in the fridge which was melting and leaking onto the shelves and drawers. Turned up to find the whole building in scaffolding getting the cladding done, no access to small balcony, fridge needs defrosting, external glazing dirty and still with plastic wrapping, laundry being tied in one of the storage areas.
